If you purchase from our website or instagram you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Here at Blooming Sanzi, we pack each order with love and extra care. We go to the highest efforts to ensure your product is stable, not moving around and safe. Sometimes it takes us 30 minutes to pack 1 order, that is an example of how well we take care of your products.
Each parcel is marked fragile however, delicate flowers may naturally shed during transit. Please be aware as we use a third party courier service, once the parcel has left our premises we have no control on how it is handled, and in what time frame it is to be delivered. We are not responsible and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. However if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
Our flat rate pricing is;
For all orders under $60.00 / shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 
For all orders from $60.00 and up / shipping is a flat rate of $19.95
LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY
Local pick up and delivery is available for all orders. You have the option to select pick up locally in Yarrabilba or local delivery. Once your order has been submitted i will be in contact when your order is fulfilled, packed and ready for collection.
(Please allow 2-7 days) as i run this business on my own i always try my best to have it completed sooner however it depends on stock levels.
