If you purchase from our website, instagram or facebook you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As flowers are a natural product, we do not offer or provide returns, refunds or exchanges on change of mind designs after placing or receiving your order. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and the reference images on our website or any social media platform. We cannot accept the return of any products/flowers damaged while in transit as this is not at our fault and we have no control to what happens with it after it’s left the studio. We will go to reasonable efforts to assist you and make a claim with the courier service, and this does not guarantee a refund. If we have to cancel your order due to an emergency, we will do a full refund as that is at our fault. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Here at Blooming Sanzi, we pack each order with love and extra care. We go to the highest efforts to ensure your product is stable, not moving around and safe. Sometimes it takes us 30 minutes to pack 1 order, that is an example of how well we take care of your products.
Each parcel is marked fragile however, delicate flowers may naturally shed during transit. Please be aware as we use a third party courier service, once the parcel has left our studio we have no control on how it is handled, and in what time frame it is to be delivered. We are not responsible and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. However if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible with proof of photos to discuss further.
LOCAL PICK UP/DELIVERY
Local pick up and delivery is available for all orders. You have the option to select pick up locally from our studio in Yarrabilba or local delivery. Once your order has been submitted i will be in contact when your order is fulfilled, packed and ready for collection. (Please allow 2-7 days) as i run this business on my own i always try my best to have it completed sooner however it depends on stock levels.

COLOUR AND IMAGES
We do our best to photograph each arrangement to represent the true colours it contains. All device screens render colour differently, so there may be discrepancies between what you see on your screen and the actual arrangement.
Here at Blooming Sanzi, we only enhance the brightness and add grain to each photo. No filter is applied to any photo therefore you are seeing 98% true colours.
FLOWER CARE
As flowers are a natural product, their life span is dependent on the environment they are stored in. Being a natural product they will shed over time and colours will fade.
To keep your dried & preserved flower arrangement in good condition, please follow the recommended care guide;
- Avoid direct sunlight, the light may cause colour variation and fading.
- Keep in a cool, dry spot as humidity may cause discolouration and further shedding.
- Keep them away from direct line of heaters and air conditioners, this may cause them to dry further or shed.
- No water is required, the flowers are already dead.
- Lightly dust your everlasting blooms every couple of weeks with a small feather duster to avoid the build up of dust.
SEASONAL AVAILABILITY
Flowers take time to bloom and they bloom at all different times throughout the year, some stock is harder to get in compared to others. We will try our best to fulfil all orders in compliance with product descriptions, however flower orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability.
MADE TO ORDER/PRE ORDER
This means your order is being made or is a pre order. Please allow 1-2 weeks or what ever is stated on the product you are ordering, for your order to be created, packed and ready for pick up, delivery, or shipping.
If you purchased items that are;
' In stock ' Items will be posted, delivered or ready to pick up in 1-3 days pending on the volume of orders.
' Pre Order ' Please allow 1-2 weeks (or noted however long) to send out
Please note, if you have ordered a piece that is a pre order, please understand that the photo of the product is used for reference only, you will not receive that exact piece. It is made to order, so slight variations will occur. No stock is the same, all flowers are unique in their own way.
